Delivery
Step 1:
After ordering successfully, Customer will receive our order confirmation by phone call. Order code information will be included in the email. Customers may need to keep records when needed.

Our customer care staff will contact Customer by phone to confirm order information, address and delivery time.

Step 4:
At the place of receipt of goods, customers check the order and product before signing for delivery on delivery.
When receiving goods, customers should note implementation:
- Open the package and collate the goods with the delivery slip.
- Check the product for the correct product that the customer has ordered or not.
- Check if the packaging and products are damaged by trucking.
If you are not satisfied with one of the above, you can ask the delivery officer to confirm and return the goods.
If you choose the form "Direct payment on receipt of goods" can pay directly to the delivery staff right after receiving goods.
PAYMENT METHODS:
1. Customer in Phnom Penh City: You receive goods and pay directly to the delivery staff (COD).
2. Customers outside the province: Payment by bank transfer, Or Ly Hour Pay pro : Please make payment through the following account:

Free for Transportation cost for all kind of customer in Phnom Penh City or at provinces.
DELIVEREY TIME:
1. SOGC (Cambodia) Co., Ltd delivered to customers in Phnom Penh City up to 24h after ordering. (Product in stock)
2. For those who are far away, we use time for the transportation modes of trucking.
* You choose the form of delivery will receive goods at least 2 days.
* If the product that you ordered not in stock of company, you will receive after you ordering at least 10 days.
